Kind, open, helpful, and caring experience. Our family have come to the difficult point of considering care options for our father. Fantastic amenities and staff. Very helpful with the guests. Lots of things to do and an amazing kitchen. Location is great and there are a lot of great trails. If you get the chance to talk with Jeanie she will make your day better! Very helpful and entertaining!
The staff and residents are friendly, the shared facilities are nice and there are a variety of activities to keep residents entertained. My mom enjoys Fairwinds thanks to all of this. The biggest issue is the food. The food has been mediocre at best for my mom and it does not seem to be getting any better. Wait times for service/food orders plus food readiness also seem long.
