Came in for a loan. Seemed like it was going great. They told me I was approved and then, suddenly I was not approved. I had to come back two other times. Had to get my $5 back. All for one transaction that didn’t even happen. They didn’t help me to understand what I could have done to be approved other than make more money. I felt so ashamed and poor and worthless. Excellent credit union! I've used them for many years no and have had NOT ONE complaint. They are very easy to use (any Publix ATM is free). Customer service is excellent. I previously tried another credit union and was very unhappy. Would highly recommend.
I love this bank. They have taken care of my account for 13 year now. I walk in only once every 3 or 4 months and they know who I am. Very nice and helpful. Would never bank anywhere else.

Fairwinds in Avalon Park charged me $800 in overdraft fees for 1 $100 item. What's worse is they didn't cover the item. The money was available in another connected account but refused to pull from it until after they overdrafted me $800. I have been discussing a solution with bank manager for months but have received no real help.
This financial institution is the WORST Credit Union to try and conduct business with.. poor customer service, just overall poor QUALITY. I would not recommend using this CU for your financial needs..they get a half star..but I can't give them that so they get just one..
