Since refinacing my car with this credit union. It has been nothing but one hassle after another.... The app is absolute garbage, its a pain to even navigate and add a payment method. I have been calling for 2 months straight to get my auto pay set up. This has also be a mission to get a hold of anyone to help with this .. why cant you just simple link a checkings account and accept a debit card payment online or on the app. By far worst credit union.
