I had been with Fairwinds for about 30 years and when they turned down my loan for a auto a few years ago, I was dismayed as I had excellent credit and a very good income so recently I closed on my Fairwinds accounts. So I just called them a few days ago because I’m interested in purchasing some two dollar bills and they said sorry we only do that for our members. Since refinacing my car with this credit union. It has been nothing but one hassle after another.... The app is absolute garbage, its a pain to even navigate and add a payment method. I have been calling for 2 months straight to get my auto pay set up. This has also be a mission to get a hold of anyone to help with this .. why cant you just simple link a checkings account and accept a debit card payment online or on the app. By far worst credit union.
