The Ormand location is wonderful this is the first bank/credit union I have dealt with that truly makes you feel comfortable, valued and part of the family. I have confidence that any needs we have will be met with professional assistance and with a friendly smile. Susan and Crystal both lead with professionalism and kindness. I am very happy to recommend this institution to anyone looking for financial help and guidance.

Do not become the victim of "White-Collar Crime," better known as "computer fraud." Fairwinds cannot stop it and they blamed it on me -- as if I wrote my card number on the men's room wall. At the time, I had an on-hand balance of $.02! Truth told, this slip-shod institution mailed me four different debit cards in the last six months. Yup. It's ALL my fault. What a bunch of opinionated, elitist iceholes. Steer clear. I'm going back to Bank of America. Pronto.
