This Fairwinds branch is my favorite of all the Fairwinds branches, due mainly to the wonderful folks who are always so attentive and professional in helping me with my banking needs. I want to especially give a shout out after today's vist to John, at the inside lobby. I've had John help me on many occasions and he is fantastic. Hello, I went to fairwinds orlando vista lakes lake nona branch on Lee vista blvd, and saw Yesenia, expecting the worse outcome, concerning a stop payment. But the complete opposite happened, and Yesenia, and her manager, helped me with no delay, and was so pleasant, and knowledgeable, and had me leaving so happy, and all my questions answered, and my problem was completely resolved. This branch is always making me feel like I am home. A Shoutout for Yesenia, and her staff. Wonderful People!!!!!!
