Poor customer service, I called many tines to resolve my be problem and in the beginning they told me lies and the last call that I received the customer service agent told me that the bank wasn’t going to refund the money they took from me for something that wasn’t my fault. I explained the situation to 4 agents and nobody helped me.
This branch is awesome. Karol was patient with my teenage daughter who had some potential fraud issues on her account. She was able to help and relieve some anxiety stress and Savanah was able to help reprogram my debit card. The teller line was also patient with my daughter as she was able to deposit some of her sweet 15 birthday money. Thanks love yall
I spoke on the phone with David C. to remedy my card getting locked and it was nothing short of productive and professional. Employees like this are the reason I am confident choosing Fairwinds for my banking. Whatever his hourly rate is, it isn't enough. 6/5 stars.
