Karol was extremely helpful showing me how to transfer funds to family member. As a long time member, I really appreciate the service that I get from Fairwinds at the Winter Park and I will never go to another credit union.
I'm usually not a drive-thru person but today it was necessary as I had my granddog with me! My drive-thru experience was everything I needed, and my granddog appreciated the treat!
I had a great experience with Paula this morning. She was fantastic, took her time, and was very informative.
Poor customer service, I called many tines to resolve my be problem and in the beginning they told me lies and the last call that I received the customer service agent told me that the bank wasn’t going to refund the money they took from me for something that wasn’t my fault. I explained the situation to 4 agents and nobody helped me.
