Had a wonderful experience at the UCF Branch. We were having trouble gaining access to the bank account for our RSO and Zach Whitaker helped us with the process. He made the process quick and easy while delivering great customer service. Zach definitely went above and beyond and even offered to come speak at a financial literacy event we were planning!

The UCF branch is my favorite. They are friendly and very helpful. Today Chris helped me change my accounts to benefit me with better interest rates. Shout out to Alaa also. Just met her today. She was very nice also.
My club needed some help getting our account transferred and Fairwinds was super helpful. We came in later in the day and were still out in a reasonable manner. It was very easy and Zach W helped us out. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
