Came in for a loan. Seemed like it was going great. They told me I was approved and then, suddenly I was not approved. I had to come back two other times. Had to get my $5 back. All for one transaction that didn’t even happen. They didn’t help me to understand what I could have done to be approved other than make more money. I felt so ashamed and poor and worthless.
