Me and my wife went into the bank to open new accounts. Signed in, sat down and waited. The employee who was going to serve us, saw someone else she knew who came in AFTER us and told us that she would see us AFTER she served the person she knew. We have take our business else where.
If I could possibly give you all a 0, I would. My account was hacked this morning . I called fraud services they gave me the run around with one the transactions. I went the credit union as I was instructed to, to only be told to call the fraud department back. I wasted a hour and 15 mins of my day. SMH…. Luckily, I spoke to Crystal today, she has to be the only competent person working for Fairwinds that I spoke to.
