If I could possibly give you all a 0, I would. My account was hacked this morning . I called fraud services they gave me the run around with one the transactions. I went the credit union as I was instructed to, to only be told to call the fraud department back. I wasted a hour and 15 mins of my day. SMH…. I been with this bank for a long time. The other day I went to the branch to do a simple transaction. Would only take a minute. The manager told me to go to teller window. I went to teller window. The lady with an attitude told me she cannot help me she is too busy. See manager. I leave. Then my mortgage were suppose to be taken out twice a month. 15 and 31. Today is only the 12th they took it out knowing that we just had an hurricane. So my bank overdraft from Chase. This could cause me an overdraft fee. This is just absurd... read more
