I want to personally thank Monique. Long story short I had a huge problem with a deposit going into the wrong account. It was a miscommunication, no fault of FCU. I was quite anxious about it. Monique was incredibly compassionate and helpful. She resolved my issue immediately and went above and beyond. Excellent customer service skills and incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you, Monique!
Be very careful conducting business at this branch. Their employees will talk about your bank account and transactions with people outside the bank. They will discuss your business, what kind of vehicle you drive and how you got upset after being denied a large cash withdrawal from your account. So if you own a pool business,,drive a large pickup truck and were recently denied a large cash withdrawal and was told they need to order that amount of money be very careful.
Probably one of the top five most displeasing interactions I’ve ever experienced. Each teller greeted me with a condescending smile. All I did was ask about creating cashier’s checks, only to be warned that I looked “suspicious” for making too many and that I should explain why I needed another. I didn’t even get the car. Not everyone’s a criminal. I wish it had stopped there, but she went on to suggest I should take the money out of the bank if I was concerned. Really? Just opened our 1st account at Fairwinds CU with Kari. She was very knowledgeable, professional and made us feel at ease. She was very thorough in explaining all of the services that Fairwinds CU offers. With her assistance we will be opening several other accounts.
