Highly recommend this place for a care home they are amazing with my mother my mother come to the care home not in a good way being shifted from Grimsby hospital to any care home they wanted to put her in and thankfully 3rd time lucky I managed to keep her here and get my mother a permanent place the staff are amazing so kind and caring always welcoming when you arrive too the management is brilliant Sam and Stacey have been great with my family and with my mum haven’t seen my mom so happy in a long time settle comfortably i... read more
Very happy with the care given to my brother
Stayed here for a short time whilst waiting to be transferred. The staff where amazing I couldn't have asked for better care. Nothing was a hassle for them I asked for something and within minutes they were here.
My Nan placed in here by Grimsby Hospital. It got taken over in August 2017 and due to the lack of care she went down hill very fast and she got very ill to the point we thought we was going to loose her! She was suffering from neglect with dehydration and major weight loss! She fell out of bed at least four times that we found out about and we wasn't even informed until we enquired about her bruises!
