Pleasant trip. Left me plenty of time to relax and grab a snack before my appointment. Strongly suggest staying within your insurance company’s transportation benefit timeframes of scheduling in advance, nothing day-of.
Driver was not trained well for van she was using. Nice woman but not best experience
Never showed up to take me to my appointment. Had a bad attitude and didn’t care about missing my appointment said too bad nothing they can do. Happened twice.
This is a horrible transportation service. They will leave patients waiting for hours to be picked up for their appointments. When you call the office, they will pick up the phone maybe one or two times and then they will stop answering the phone when you call the office back. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
