It has taken me a while to get around to this review but better late than never. My Mum went into care in their dementia care wing in May 2024 and died very quickly in September 2024, aged 96 after a fall. Before that, my sister had cared for her for three years. During that time, my mother developed dementia. My sister is a very competent, well-organised and caring person who was dedicated to looking after our mother until the end. Business must be good! I've contacted Fairway Rise a couple of times about age care for my mother. On each occasion, I was informed someone would call me back. Never been contacted. When I last contacted the organisation, I was assured someone would call me within 24 hours. I heard nothing but the sound of crickets.

Caring and compassionate staff who genuinely care for their residents. Very happy with how my dear Mum is cared for and loved.

Beautiful nursing home for our beloved Mum. She deserves the great care given to her by the wonderful staff.
