These guys were so awesome, I've used them twice! Jerry Spence and Joe Bennett make the process so easy. They have great personalities, too- which makes the process so much better. I kind of miss them now that we've closed, lol! Thanks, guys!!
Do not waste your time like I unfortunately did. Frank would tell me time and time again that he would give me an update on my mortgage application and then all together just stopped answering my emails. I feel totally violated because they have all of mine and my husband’s personal and financial information and it seems like a total scam. I’m definitely reporting them to the BBB.
Frank will take care of all your mortgage lending needs and find programs and grants that best suit your situation. Also, very military friendly. Go with Frank!
I had the worst experience with Frank Garramone at Fairway Mortgage. He wasted almost three weeks of my time with lies and excuses. He would tell me I will call you today and then he never would. Then I would hear from him days later with no answers after he would say yes. He would keep me on the phone for at most five minutes before giving me more excuses about how busy he is.
