The company answered our questions even prior to signing up for their service. The company walked us through the whole process, starting with apply for the loan and to closing escrow. Ask for Juan Barraza. He made sure we understood the process and made time for us so that we got our questions and concerns addressed. Will definitely consider Fairway again for future property purchases.

At first our assigned loan officer was quick to respond and attentive. But when we really needed their help and breath of knowledge we were ghosted. Ended up using our banks instead. Finding that it's hit and miss with loan officers, however, trying to switch officers, people are afraid of stepping on toes rather than getting the job done for the customer.
