I had a very horrible experience with Kevin Oliveira, Branch Manager in Swansea. This all started in February 2022. He gave me a specific rate for a cash-out refinance, which I inititially signed for. A month had went by and I had already done the home appraisal. Approximately a week after I completed the appraisal, I recieved an email for a change in rate, which I then questioned Kevin on.
