The lender was a referral from my agent. Jim Ryder, the lender, was very communicative and explained the process in detail. The home I was buying also was special and needed extra detail for the deal to not fall through. They also recommended a very reputable homeowner insurance. Overall, they made the experience stress free for me.
Do NOT work with Jessica Ryder. She charged 1500$ for an apartment that was still disgusting after the previous hoarders lived there. I was there for 4 months before the apartment had hot water and the washer and dryer as advertised. She demanded 100$ for utilities from each member of the household and after doing the math realized she was profiting off our utilities, charging us nearly double. I cannot express my gratitude and I'm very thankful that I had this dream team on my side working day in and day out. Everyone at this office is amazing and did as they promised.
