Mike is amazing. We are in the process of buying a home and Mike has helped us and guided us every step of the way. He’s fantastic at what he does. They charged me $700 at closing for an appraisal even though they never did one. I had already paid for an appraisal on the property that they were able to use when we started the loan process. When asked about it, they said it was a mistake and would refund the $700 after everything was funded and recorded but they never did. I followed up multiple times but they never got back to me.
Could not have been a better experience! Dallas is a knowledgeable, cordial, and patient man. We started out knowing nothing about the process, and with his guidance we felt completely prepared at closing. He responded rapidly to any questions, and took the time to provide detailed explanations. He made home buying an excellent experience. Would highly recommend him. He is an asset to his mortgage company.
