Can’t recommend this team enough! Jason and Jeremy have worked with me to buy two homes, and it’s been an amazing experience each time. The first home they helped me purchase was when I was 20 years old, and it was a stretch for me to buy a house at that age, but they made it happen. The team at Fairway was in contact at every step throughout the process. Every time I had a question, someone was available to help me out, and the proactive communication about next steps was great! They communicated seamlessly with the agency and our title bureau, and made the process so easy. I felt like I was in good hands from the first contact. Also, the app made it really easy to upload documents without having to send secure items through email. The team was kind and courteous in every communication.

We got approved and everything finished up but the process wasn’t easy and having Rachel didn’t help. She was very rude and some of her requests are ridiculous she doesn’t like doing anything extra than she needs too. Not someone I’d recommend. Fairway is great. Her not so much.

Nick Mascitti in the Green, Ohio office is one in a million! He is patient and knowledgeable. He is invested in your experience and looks out for your best interests. He was available day or night for questions. I cannot recommend him enough!! We were actually a little sad when the process was done because we will miss working with him.
