David was very personable when we met with him and assured us that we could afford the home we were interested in. We weren't aware of exactly how to make it happen but he assured us that it could be done. He always responded to our questions quickly and helped get us to the right person if the question could be better answered by someone else.
David and the Fairway team were great. David is knowledgable, insightful and patient. He helped us to understand our mortgage options, including things we did not previously know were available to us. He and the team walked us through the entire process with great communication and it all went very smoothly.
David and Dana made the process smooth and easy. Helped us purchase our dream house!
