I have been working with Justin Norwood to help my husband and I buy our first home and I have nothing but nice things to say. Honesty, integrity, and communication are on the top of the list of qualities Justin has. He has made understanding what we're walking into very easy to understand. Buying a house is crazy on almost every level, however, having a special lender like Justin is like having a warm blanket on a whirlwind day. Can't wait to reach closing so that we can all celebrate!
I'm not sure which location I got but I'm very disappointed. I applied online, gave all the information I was asked of only to be blown off. Spoke to the guy I was assigned twice. Not even a call back or care like he stated. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Maybe the loan wasn't big enough for his time. All I asked was for some communication.
