Phil and his team was fantastic. We were going to potentially lose our dream home because another company couldn’t come through on an appraisal. Phil and his team made quick work of getting our loan through and got an appraisal no issues! We were so pleased with him. He is friendly and had no problems answering lots of questions along the way. Highly recommend for sure!!
