Jeff is an excellent fellow to call for a mortgage. He's available, replies quickly, and explains everything clearly. We worked together for a very long time--first with a pre-approval letter, then renewing it as our home search extended. Jeff is patient and supportive. When we finally found a house and a friend found a great rate through a credit union, I felt comfortable bringing it up with him--and Jeff was able to beat it! 10/10, fantastic experience.
