Fairway has an app that makes signing and uploading things easy and secure and less paperwork at title. Matt Mangini was very helpful and always answered questions quickly, happy to call and talk through everything. He seems to have his customers best interests in mind and didn’t try to pressure us into more than we could afford. My only negatives are: the insurance estimates were low and most quotes we received in Tampa Bay Area were 2x-3x what was estimated for monthly payment.
