Would be a great company if they didn’t use a 3rd party company called granite risk management for construction lending - as an established builder, we deal with a lot of construction loans, and it seems every other bank has it figured out aside from fairway/granite in terms of construction loans. Granite risk management is by far the worst one we have dealt with yet.
