Holy cow, please don't send anyone you care about to this facility. They are the most incompetent group of people I've ever encountered. We were dealing with 1 person who was okay. Then I dealt with Andy today. That guy should not be dealing with people. He was the most dull minded individual I've ever talked to. And it's not because he couldn't share patient information. He doesn't listen, he can't articulate a single thought. Stay away. It's a shame to think this kind of business is in this field of care.
