I will agree that it's clean and the food is good. However some family members are treated like criminals. My brother was here. There was no one capable of coming to visit him unfortunately. Whenever I would call to check on my brother they would tell me to contact the family. I was the family. They could have verified this by asking my brother or checking with local people who knew both of us.
