First time renting through Fairview Estates and it couldn't have gone more smoothly! Rob was great during the viewing and knowledgeable with good communication prior to the viewing to ensure it was still going ahead. Trev was then fantastic following the application and referencing process with quick responses and helping me fix an error I had made on the form!
I viewed my new flat 5 weeks ago and am now happily ensconced there. The team at Fairview have been beyond reproach. Such a professional and reassuring manner to the whole organisation. Fairview is the only estate agent in the city I can say the forementioned of and that’s got to be good. No?
I don't even want to give 1-star but I have to say something. If you're actually interested in viewing and taking a property through this agency just don't waste your time! My brother had a viewing scheduled with them today and they didn't even show up. On top of this, nobody told him prior the viewing was cancelled, and when he rang the office nobody answered. 11 out of 10 for Trevor and Rob at Fairview , from start to finish in the process they couldn’t have been more helpful in their decision making and in the instructions given to guide me through the process which relieved a lot of worry, stress and pain that I otherwise would have suffered had it not been for their efforts , from speedily closing the application process to Trevor always making himself available to help with the online application form to Rob taking the time to phone me prior to viewing to remind me and check ... read more
