Such improvements. Nice use of the courtyard with gardens and little animals for residents to enjoy. Kind care. Recreation including a lovely summer bike ride for wheelchair residents. But the air exchange is either non existent or malfunctioning so the caretakers need to make sure soiled items are bagged immediately and perhaps open windows.

No access to the inner courtyard for residents. No sunshine time for them as the area is dilapidated with trees falling and sidewalks cracking and a balcony shifting. Over use of rooms turned into double occupancy rooms with few single private occupancy rooms available. Equipment crowding the hallways making it hard for residents to pass by one another safely. Nursing staff is nice but the facility is poorly maintained. Paint chipping. Lights without covers. Very institutional. I’d decline a family member from being here.
