as someone who went to both the residential and the outpatient program i would not recommend any of it. they sent me to their residential program after outpatient wasnt effective for me. that residential program was HELL. i was told i would get help but in all honesty it made me worse. the food was absolutely horrific (we were served unedible food that occasionally had hair in it.), the counselors didnt actually want to support me, i was put with not just 1 but 2 roomates that were a threat to my safety (i asked to switch ro... read more

as someone who went to both the residential and the outpatient program i would not recommend any of it. i have struggled with mental health and chemical dependency for years. i went to the outpatient program at first and had hope as it felt like it would be a nice-less invasive way of having care. i was told i wasnt allowed any outings, snapchat and those privileges had to be earned, which to me is hilarious since they claim to not want you to be isolated. i was only allowed 1 approved friend for weeks at a time because my “... read more

If you want to give up any connection to your own child, send them here. If they are sick to the point they (staff) call you and are too lazy or whatever it is to bring them to the dr, they’ll be your best friend. Send them with antibiotics, and they’ll like you even more! But want a five minute phone call with your kid and they will step in to alienate you however they can.
