We. Love. Fairsing. We're from the East Coast and love our membership to enjoy their wines at home. We love it even more when we get to visit the winery itself! The views are unbelievable - highly recommend getting your self a bottle, or a few, and sitting in the Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view & wine together. We had a bigger group and they were so kind and welcoming. Some of us did tastings while the rest enjoyed both Rose & Pinot Noir with a couple cheese plates. We really could have stayed all day! Until next time!
This place is like a postcard. The tasting room is located on top of a hill and provides for memorable views of the Willamette valley and even Mt Jefferson. You can even see Mt Saint Helens in Washington. The atmosphere is electric and the wines, cheese board, and dark chocolate hazelnuts were delicious and well thought out. The winery is off the beaten path, but is worth the effort to go and visit.
Fairsing offers incredible, roughly 300 degree, hilltop vistas of the valleys & hills SW of Portland. The staff are warm and immensely knowledgeable. And, focusing on chardonnay and pinot noirs, including a true pinot noir rose, they specialize in marvelous wines. This was a beautiful way to spend an afternoon, and our guests from outside of Oregon really felt they had a "day away"!
