This place is a dump!!! The housekeeping manager dont care about the residents.. and IF your lucky enough to catch somebody that speaks English, they just don't care.. or they tell you that the manager dont care.. My poor mothers room has gone 2 weeks without being cleaned! When I approached the housekeeping manager Dixen, he just says "sorry we are short staffed".. if your short staffed then why don't the "manager" help clean?! The place is awful! No interaction with the patients! They sit outside winter also just smoking cigarrettes! No workshops..just pitiful.
