We are new to KinderCare and from the moment I called in and spoke to Ms. Shae and Ms. Heather it felt very welcoming. Ms. Heather and Ms. Adela made the transfer process so easy and answered all the questions I had. I've noticed the difference in my daughter as well. We chose this daycare expecting a safe and well-managed environment, but unfortunately our experience did not meet those expectations. While we appreciated the app communication and receiving photos, we ultimately did not feel we could trust our child’s safety here. The classroom environment appeared chaotic, and many of the children demonstrated ongoing behavioral issues. Our son began using inappropriate language that he had never used before. As a first time parent, leaving my baby was hard when I had to return back to work. This location has made that transition easier for me. The teachers in the baby room are AMAZING and so caring. I feel as though they love my child as their own. The director is super nice and love the open communication. The my KinderCare app is a plus. They are constantly uploading photos and updating information by the hour! I absolutely love it here!
