I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Fairmont Age Care; it has truly been a blessing for my family. After searching numerous homes to find the best care for my mother, I was immediately drawn to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Fairmont. My mother Marion resided at Fairmont Aged Care Bexley for 21 months. My mother was a very difficult resident at times and the staff would be challenged regularly but o erall they managed her well. I am a retired aged care RN/Educator so I know how difficult "our" aged care system is and can be. Fairmont staff from the top to every staff member give their all for the residen5s care and I thank them for the efforts. Cheers

Our family’s experience with Fairmont has been one of partnership in caring for my father. We have found the staff to be the homes asset, this includes the manager all the way to the cleaning personnel, and they are all friendly and welcoming. We have ongoing communication with the manager and the staff to address all my father’s needs, and as the needs change, we have felt confident to speak with the staff and work towards solutions.
