I will give a 100 % satisfaction on my end for this company . They have been with me side by side on the process giving me guidance. My case manager Alex is so communicative and very empathetic. They are all professional when it comes to filing bankruptcy and very knowledgeable. Im actually very happy I found them.
Please disregard all the 5 stars because they ask you for the Google rating before you file. But once you’ve filed bankruptcy expect for no one to return emails or calls. Forms to be filed incomplete and without signatures. Creditors are missing from my chapter 7 case which I’ve tried to have them fix since the beginning of June. I was told 2 weeks ago because they filed the second part of my bankruptcy that I have to pay to refile it when I made them aware of the mistake prior to filing it and I never signed it.
