I had a family member at the Rupp Rehab facility. I visited multiple times a day including off hrs.. The staff was always quick to respond when needed and very professional, courteous and calming! Gold standard care! Thank you very much!
Definitely not the best nursing home in the area. They have agency staff members that work 7 days a week and sleep on the job but they allow this because “it’s another body in the building”. I worked here through agency and they lied to my agency because another aide lied about a situation. I was always the first to volunteer to help and came in at any hour to help take care of residents. I work through Agency & I picked up a shift to work here & the day before, I worked at another Nursing Home, So when,I got done,I started to travel to,My Next Day job assignment, So,I Traveled 65 Miles & Let Me Say This,I Drive A Truck/SUV!!! We came for a tour. We were so impressed with all the facilities. Everyone was very friendly, staff and residents. Care for the residents is evident by the interactions we observed today.
