I rarely do a review and I contacted this firm via their website. The intake process was confusing to me and they decided not to take the case. That is not my point though. I was contacted by Mr. Pollock via email. He was so kind and compassionate. He took the time to explain to me and his words were calming to me since my anxiety is through the roof. Originally another lawyer from FairLaw was handling my case which was not going anywhere 2022-25, but he ended up leaving and Mr. Brian Pollock and his team took over and within months was able to get things moving along with a court date and months afterwards settle for a decent amount. they called me on 11/19/25, a week after i submitted a request on their website. the call i got was from a girl that barely spoke english , couldn’t understand anything she was asking. She said we will let you know in 24/28 hours …. meanwhile … i get an automated TEXT - on 11/25/25 letting me know they weren’t taking my case. Luckily i hired another attorney. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Your intake staff are horrible. I don’t recommend this firm.

He sabotaged my claim, he cost me my job, he violated attorney client privileged by telling Arbitrator and my employer's Attorney that i wanted my job to shut down and I didn't want any money, he balloon his bill by charging over $2000 in emails that he never send to me, he only cares about his fees, and he abandoned my claim after 1 year cause I refused to accept a low offer while he put a lien on my money, I hope the Bar investigates all his files
