Ordered the saddlebad lids and have not received a confirmation number or anything. Sent an email and interestingly one of the positive reviews listed is from the same person who responded to my email. He told me I should be receiving my order. They originally were sending the Matte, and I requested they change my order and send Vivid black. The online live chat person (Zach) said the order was changed and I should be receiving the vivid black ones instead of the Matte lids. Needless to say I have nothing, and no one answers... read more
I’ve been trying to contact FarringPlus for a couple weeks now I live in Northern California went by the shop and was all closed up their website says that they’re open but there’s no one there no sign on the door saying anything I sent the email I got no response I don’t know what’s going on there
