Deplorable Service – I've shopped at many hardware stores all over the country and bought everything from a single bolt to $500 power tools. Unlike this store, these other locally owned, neighborhood businesses have been friendly to me, not only because they are decent human beings, but because they know I may drop hundreds in their store next time. Worst service in the world – Unbelievably bad. Their cashiers treat you like you are a nuisance. Service department (mower repair) is fine, but the people who take your money are absolutely unbelievable. Older woman (probably has ties to Dracula) is a real piece of work. Highly recommend you shop anywhere else where they actually treat you like a customer, not a pain in the ass that should be grateful they waited on you. New England at its absolute WORST.
I like their service/rental department – I think they ordering all they parts at once to get a better deal, I bring in my equipment to be service all the time, I am very satiisfied:)
Great support from the Service Department – I do not write many reviews, but the service department was great. I have a brand new chain saw I bought somewhere else. I was not able to use it for amost a year. When I did, it was defective. Brought it to Fairhaven TV HW Service Department and they took care of it! The sales folks are also helpful. I look forward to doing more business with them.
customer service is terrible.. parts dept is the worst I have ever dealt with.. they rip you off.. – service department treated me like i was putting them out by asking them to fix my lawn mower i paid for a part and it took 30 days ..they told me 7 days top.. when it was repaired the part i ended up with was not what i paid for.. paid extra $80.. the manufacture told me the difference when this was brought to their attn. i was told the manufacture was wrong
