As an employee, I was appalled at the treatment of the residents. Because the facility wanted to cover up poor treatment, so many complaints went ignored. I would NEVER send a family member to this facility!! Residents get attention, maybe Once a shift..NOT anywhere near what is promised....NO WHERE NEAR!!!!!
