Working with Fairfield Nutrition has been highly rewarding. Stephen is thorough and methodical in his approach to health and wellness whilst also patient and supportive. From the initial meeting I felt heard and understood. The process was well explained and I was given all the information I needed to make informed decisions along the way. My health has improved beyond what I could have expected and I now have the tools I need to continue on my journey. Highly recommend.

I worked with Stephen over the course of 4 months on some long term gut health issues. We ended up targeting SIBO with a schedule of herbal supplements and other supportive supplements. I've had a significant improvement in my symptoms, and feel back in control of my gut health. Stephen is a knowledgeable and supportive practitioner, he was consistently patient and responsive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Having worked with many health practitioners over the years without much success, I was ready to give up. However, Stephen has helped me to undercover some underlying causes I hadn't even considered before, and I feel like I have more answers and hope than ever! Working with a nutritionist was a new experience for my husband Brian and I. Steve is very easy to talk to and to work with. He was always very respectful of my veganism and was always happy find options for me that I was comfortable with. I learned a lot about how the body works and specifically what I could do to meet all of my goals. Steve has changed the way I eat and exercise and I am very grateful.
