So far, not very excited about my service at this bank. I moved here from Colorado, and had used this bank previously when I had lived in Ohio. I ordered a debit card - in Colorado, you get it at the bank as you wait, or it arrives at your house in 1-2 days. It's now been 1.5 weeks and still no card. I've also been put on eternal hold when calling. Maybe they are just too busy, and can't keep up..... If that's the case, I highly recommend you hire more employees so you can keep your clients.
