I had a bad experience at the Weston CT branch. I stopped in to exchange some cash for rolls of quarters and they said can only do it if I set up a bank account, which I agreed to do . I live in Weston and thought it would be a good idea to have an account at a local branch. I then met with the branch manager to set up a new account. The manager in our initial conversation who somehow started ranting how bad all American mindset is towards helping Ukraine win its land in war back.
