1 loveseat and 3 sofas were covered in defective leather - finish began to rub off within 15 months; also, some Velcro fasteners began to come off. Rep (independent) support was there, but factory would not do anything to rectify situation; in fact, did not respond. We are VERY disappointed in an alleged quality manufacturer.
