Dr. Chris is amazing! He actively listens to your issues and concerns and discusses a plan of action. He is very thorough, skilled, kind and compassionate. I am a patient undergoing treatment for menopause and hormone balance and have experienced significant improvement in my symptoms especially hot flashes (frequency, duration & intensity has lessened). Don't hesitate book your appointment now. Added bonus Jake the Office Manager is fantastic as well!

After a recent flare up of psoas tightness which presented as a locked up low back I saw Dr Chris. A combo of manual psoas release and acupuncture worked like magic after the first appt. After 3 appts with more acupressure, acupuncture (with and without electric stimulation) and some cupping (which worked great on a chronically tight hip) I’m feeling much better, not only in terms of the psoas/back/hip but overall. Dr Chris keeps it fluid and treats based on how you’re feeling and what makes sense. Highly recommend.
