I called this shop requesting information on possibly needing repair on a sewing machine. I have a serger that I'm having difficulties with and I was told twice "We don't teach people how to thread their machines." I also have an electronic machine that needs to be gone over. With the attitude the woman displayed, she obviously doesn't need my business, so I'm taking it elsewhere.
I've been dealing with this company for about 10 years. Their work has always been excellent. Recently, when during service, the self-threader got bent, the elder serviceman was able to correct the problem while I waited.
