Nikki and Pawan are by far the most friendlist and professional individuals that I have met in the mortgage business. No task is impossible for them and I have worked with them not once but twice and in both instances I was greatly impressed by them. They managed to close on both of my properties within the time and were very transparent throughout the whole Process. Would highly recommend them !

I really wish I could give this company zero stars. As first-time homebuyers, our experience with Fairfax Lending was a complete nightmare. From the start, communication was poor. The team often preferred talking to our sales rep instead of us—the actual customers. We told Pawan months in advance that we’d need down payment assistance (DPA), but he was rarely available, unhelpful, and kept raising our closing costs without warning.
