Martia (if that is her name, couldn’t really hear her) was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in a permitting office. She called me without knowing why she even called, and whenever I tried to explain anything or offer information to help her, she spoke over me and basically wasted my time by asking me questions and not letting me answer. Even when I did get to speak, it was only to answer questions that did not pertain to why she was calling. Honestly the call was so frustrating it left me more confused than before.

I've had the pleasure of working with Kevin McMahan; he is very knowledgeable with Planning and Zoning. He is very insightful and helpful with customers and pleasure to talk with on the phone. He is an asset to Fairfax County's Planning Division with his professionalism and skillset. It is hopeful to have someone like Kevin in public service and supporting our local government.
