They placed an illegal lean on my private checking account and money was stolen from my account without my knowledge. They never attempted to contact me and made it very difficult to get it fixed. Now 4 weeks after proving to them that I don't owe them a dime! They have only issued a partial refund and still owe me $58 and change. Am I just supposed to be happy that I got some of it back? I cannot even highlight 1 star. My experience with "Risk Management" of Fairfax County has been one worth sharing with the public. My 2 children attend an after-school program sponsored by Fairfax County Parks and Recreation. Recently, my daughter was injured: she suffered a concussion, hand fracture/contusion, and a split scalp. I guess you're asking yourself the same question I did "how could a child sustain such injuries in a controlled supervised environment"?
