This is the worst financial institution that I've EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. Their mobile app is incapable of processing deposits. I deposited a $1300 check using their mobile app. The money went into my account, two days later the money was removed from my account. I could NEVER get a clear story from them on the phone as to why the deposit got kicked out. But I went to their main branch and deposited the check in person. My wife and I got a second mortgage with Fairfax County Federal Credit Union (now NextMark Credit Union) in 2016. We paid off the mortgage in December 2019. Multiple bank tellers told us it would take 4-8 weeks to receive the lien release. I called the county land records office in early March and found out the county had already processed it but NextMark hadn't sent it to me yet.
