Unprofessional staff even they don’t give you right information my property tax was around $1200 and I went there I talked with someone that I can’t effort this all and than she told me about payment plan for 4 months and than pay the remain after 4 months so it’s funny I paid for them 3 months and still my property taxes left $1175 wow when I asked them where’s my $300 that I paid during past three months than she said they charge you penalty with interest so I mean why they don’t give right information for people. It appears that whenever you call someone, they do not seem to be able to answer questions or just hang up. I"m owed a car tax refund because of the car sale last year and multiple checks were sent of which were all lost in USPS Merrifield. If you are owed any money by them, it's better to go in person and see if they're willing to apply the refund over to the other car taxes for the following year like they are doing for me. Moved my business out of this place after fed up with their outdated papermail and error filled website that causes double charge or missing payment record for tax payments. I got tired of fixing their mistakes every year.
