Terrible yelling and no way to report worker for disservice and no phone call pick ups. I don’t have benefits and I have 11 children at home. What am I supposed to do.
UNFAIR AND DEFENSELESS. In January 2026 I payed late property taxes from 2021, 22 ,23 and 25 for my car. 2024 was not billed yet(!?), I was late because Fairfax County had a wrong address and i was not billed. In March, I get a notice with a surcharge for not having payed 2024!! Terrible!
A lot of problems 1-Answering phone late 2-They hang up on you when they have no responce for your questions 3-They are not knowledgable helping custome 4-Very rude 5-Thet act as if dealing with criminals They need to hire people with some education & training, it is total waste of tax payer money
